WP Nofollow More Links Plugin

Adds the “nofollow” rel attribute to the more (read more) links. No complicated setup. Just activate and everything will work automatically!

As your post title already links to the page properly with perfect anchor text, it makes no sense to pass linking power or Pagerank to the read more link which simply takes your readers to the same page.
